I'm facing the same issue: I have already tried to charge my headset for more than 4 hours, using different equipments as power source and it simply doesn't work. It works ok only while connected to the power source which leads me to think that the issue might be on the rechargeble battery. I bought it in November 2015 when I was in US so warranty is still valid. Is it possible to have this fixed by one of your representatives in Brazil or can I send it to your closest support office?

It does sound like the headset is no longer functioning. The headset would need to be taken into a Best Buy store with the receipt to take advantage of the warranty. Is there maybe someone who is in the US that you can send it to who can take it into the store for you?

I inadvertenly charged my headset from a direct outlet power source, as opposed to off a laptop, as your manual shows. Afterwards it did not work again, would not power on, I got red light, when trying to charge again, but red light just went out after a while. Geek Squad set me up appointment at a Best Buy, but once I was there they said they could do nothing so I bought another one with warranty! First one was a gift gift giver did not say warranty was purchased and I was not going to ask.

My logo ijoys will charge but the red light glitches . They will not turn on I have tried to hold down the phone button but nothing happens .... plz help I need them really bad
