I've been exceptionally happy with my 4GB NS-DV4G MP3 player, which I have owned for about a month. However today, I attempted to add more music on it using Windows Media Player. It had originally 166 songs on it, but then I added 20 more and none of them showed up on the MP3 player when I try to listen to it. When I plug it in to the computer again and view its files though, it has the song in the music files just like all of the other music files that I had beforehand. It also says that it is synching music even after I hit "stop synching" and my computer isn't synching any songs onto it at all.

Hello sammybeec,
I would suggest that you make sure you have a backup of the music that is on your MP3 player then reset it to defaults. To reset the player to defaults follow these steps:
After resetting the player you can then re-synch you music from your computer back to the player.
