Is there a way to change the tuning steps from 0.2 MHz steps to 0.1 MHz steps?

That's a very good question, I really need that as well.

Best Buy tech support drew a blank, as well. I can't believe it's not possible, with the right combination of button pushes, but I haven't found it, yet. If I discover it, I'll post it here.

Hello all,
Welcome to Community@Insignia™!
For this particular product it won't be possible. Due to the technology used and the software design, it will tune from 0.2 MHz at a time.
Thank you,

When does the successor to the HD-01 come out? I'd like to see AM analog and HD capability, 100 KHz tuning steps on FM, more memories, a replaceable battery, the ability to play and record MP3s... Plenty of us want a dedicated portable radio with some cool capabilities that is still affordable, not a $400 phone that also does a mediocre job as a radio.
Thanks for the info on the tuning step question.

Hi
is it possible to change the NS-B3112 BoomBox FM tuning steps to European mode (that is, step 0.05 instead of 0.2 )?

Hello opherr,
Welcome to Community@Insignia™!
As previously stated, unfortunately, the tuning step increment cannot be changed.

The previous answer referred a different product.
Is this the case for all Insignia products ?

Hello opherr,
Our products were designed to be used within the United States and their features were set for it. In this case, unfortunately, it seems none of our radio tuners will be what you are looking for since they use the tuning steps previously mentioned and cannot be configured. I'll make sure to take note of your suggestion to be taken into account for future models!
If it was useful, and you liked it, Kudo it!
Thank you,
Guille
