The Power Off on my HD-01 has quit working correctly. It goes off and comes back on immediately. I have tried going back to the factory settings, pushing the reset button for a second, and pushing it for four+ seconds. Nothing helps. The unit (my second in a year) worked fine for several months. Any suggestions?
Unfortunately it appears that you are experiencing a hardware related issue. As a result, I would suggest taking the player, along with the receipt, to the place of purchase, to obtain service. The NS-HD01 has a 90 day warranty from the date of purchase.
