Hello, I've had my NS-HD01 HD radio for a bit over a year. Only issue was that you had to hold down the on/off for a few seconds to make sure it actually turned off. Not sure if by design. I charged it up yesteday and today I find the following problems: (1)it does not turn off, (2) the channel selections do not work, (3) it is stuck on 87.5, (4) there is no sound and (5) when I change factory default to "yes", it does not save after I press "enter".
This is suddenly and all at once after I recharged with my laptop, which I've always done with no problem. Is there any hope to reviving this one or do I have to buy a new one? Seems it should work beyond a year. It has been lightly used else kept on a shelf. Any suggestions to get it working again? Thank you.

This may help anyone having problems with non-responsiveness, no audio on the NS-HD01. i discovered the reset button on the side of the unit. I used the end of a paperclip to hold the button down. The unit will shut down and you'll have to turn it back on to see if it is working properly. I also recommend holding the reset down for a few seconds. You can count to 4000 (one-1000, two-1000...). When I reset the first time I just click the reset, turned the unit on and it was not working properly. Going back and holding the reset button down for a few seconds worked. When I turned it back on this time, I had audio, I could change channels using the up/down keys on the left and right of the unit, and the on/off button was finally responsive.
The issues I was having may have occurred because the battery was completely empty. I recharged and had problems. So it might help to recharge before the battery is completely spent. Else you have the reset button to get you going.
