Re: NS-P5113

Hello TheBrit,

Welcome to Community@Insignia™!

Does the player play any CDs at all, or just fail on some? Are you playing retail or burned CDs? Are the CDs standard audio format or MP3 disks? Any additional information you can provide will help us address your question.

Regards,
John

Re: NS-P5113

Hi John,

I play both retail CD's and MP3's, I can hear the CD turning and than it says no disk.  I have tried using new batteries and leaving the lid open and still no disk.  Thanks for looking into this,

Hello TheBrit,

It appears that your device is in need of repair and as a result, I would suggest taking the player, along with the receipt, to the place of purchase to obtain service. The NS-P5113 has a 90 day warranty from the date of purchase.

Regards,
Zac
