I have an NS-HD01, and I use it extensively. However, there are many things I don't like about it:
1. Limit of 10 presets
2. Inability to set HD-only subchannels as presets.
3. Very sensitive tuner -- small movements can make or break the signal.
4. Signal strength seems to be extremely weak compared to my other radios -- a cheap (non-HD) boombox literally inches from it can effortlessly pick up stations that this thing can't.
5. It doesn't work with TRRS earphones (these commonly come with phones/iPods and have a button and/or a mic).
6. Battery isn't great (though it does admittedly do the job for me as long as I remember to charge it often).
7. No AM support.
Are any of these issues fixed with the NS-HD02? I'm also concerned about the NS-HD02's resistive touchscreen; can any actual users please comment on that?
