It's my understanding that the lights on this sound bar should never be blinking. Please try power-cycling the unit by turning it off and unplugging it for several minutes. This should serve to reset the hardware. Additionally, please try plugging the unit in to a different outlet.
If the problem persists afterward and your purchase is within the one-year warranty period, I recommend carrying the sound bar in to your local Geek Squad to pursue service options. You may schedule an appointment by visiting We're Here to Help and selecting "Make a Reservation" under "Getting Help is Easy."
