Soundbar NS-SB316 not working

All of the sudden my Soundbar unpaired and is not working anymore. I have tried all the trouble shooting
options andd nothing has worked, I have the power, source and DSP buttons all blinking green, if I press bass that will also start blinking green but no sound will come out, i have tried using the aux cord and that won't work either, when I power off the standby light does not turn on I have unplugged for hours and that doesn't work either what do I need to do for it to work again

Thank you for your patience while we looked into this for you.

 

It's my understanding that the lights on this sound bar should never be blinking. Please try power-cycling the unit by turning it off and unplugging it for several minutes. This should serve to reset the hardware. Additionally, please try plugging the unit in to a different outlet.

 

If the problem persists afterward and your purchase is within the one-year warranty period, I recommend carrying the sound bar in to your local Geek Squad to pursue service options. You may schedule an appointment by visiting We're Here to Help and selecting "Make a Reservation" under "Getting Help is Easy."
