Camera Constantly goes offline

I have factory reset the camera, logged out and logged back in, reset my router (which is also close to the camera), uninstalled and reinstalled the app and the camera still says its offline even though it always says it connects successfully. The camera never records sound either.
This has been happening for months. I got this December of 2017 and it worked fine for a few months, but now it's basically as good as a paper weight. I need help.

I'm using an Andriod and my Model number is NS-CH1IPC8

Thank you. I'd really like to be able to record sound with the saved videos due to untrustworthy neighbors.

Still waiting to hear back. Plus, I'm really interested in knowing why it doesn't record sound.

I appreciate your patience with us. I've heard from my partners.

 

I'm informed that if your camera is offline, it is likely a network issue. We suggest using a 2.4 GHz network and a WiFi booster to improve the strength of the signal. If you have additional concerns, or can provide more details about your home setup if the issue persists, I'll be happy to seek more information.

 

As regards recording audio, this device does not record audio as a privacy protection feature. I hope this helps.
