Thanks for your post to our community! I’m sorry to hear your Insignia Connect App isn’t taking the change you’ve requested to control your camera. I’d be happy to offer few troubleshooting steps to see if it resolves the issue.
Have you tried to uninstall, and reinstall the application? Can please also ensure that you’re the only one logged into to the account when requesting the change? Sometimes leaving app open on another device can cause changes to not take that you’ve requested.

Thank you for sharing an update with us! I’m happy to hear that you were able to get the issue resolved with the picture orientation. I’d be happy to help you answer your other question for you.
You’d select your camera from the list of All Devices. You should be brought to a new page that shows the live stream of your of your camera currently. Any recent past events will show below the current live stream. You’re able to select the clip to review it. The camera will only save the last four clips, and if a fifth event is recorded the oldest clip will be automatically deleted. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
