Been working just fine for >8 months now. Suddenly, none of the smart plugs are accessible nor even found in my account/app. These devices are installed at a remote vacation home to control critical lighting. Wwifi cameras from another vendor are working perfectly fine, all the time so there's a solid wifi connaction.
So... How can the App just lose devices registered to it? How is this possible as it's shown I'm logged in? Very disappointed in that there's no way to fix the issue w/o physically resetting and reinstaklling them. Remote access is whathis is for.
Is this a one time failure ? How in the world can registered devices on an account server just disapperar?
