Why does the picture or sound lag from my Xbox 360 to my Insignia™ television?
• Some Insignia TVs offer a Game Mode setting which disables TV video processing. Changing to Game Mode may help reduce lag due to signal processing, however this has no effect on game loading times or latency from the internet. Not all Insignia TVs have this mode; please consult the manual for your specific model.
• If the console or game offers a screen calibration utility, try using that.
• Make sure the resolution of the game console matches the screen. The added video processing needed to scale the resolution usually adds to lag.
