CANT COMPLETE SET UP / MESSAGE ON SCREEN SAYS NO USB HARD DRIVE

  1. I'm trying to set up my tv for the first time and use the Roku Express to stream Spectrum cable.  I didnt know which option to select during set up... cable, cablebox or antennae..... since i'm using Roku Express.  I selected cable, but now it is not setting up properly after the scan.  I cant access the menu and the screen has a box which says No USB Hard drive.  I tried to get back into settings but it wont let me past this alert.

Hello alisagoff,

 

You mentioned that you cannot go forward from this alert message. Are you able to go back from it to a previous screen?

 

Have you tried connecting a USB flash drive to your TV?
