Hi, I just bought my Insignia NS-46L550A11 yesterday and since it was on close out I am wondering if there is possibly an update for it and how I would go about finding it? So far I really like the TV. We have cable and do not have many HD channels so the picture is only as good as the signal getting pumped in. Our DVDs and Netflix look great! Thanks!
I clicked on the link and it is the correct model number but when I click on the download it looks all corrupted. Would you please verify that it is a good file?
I'm not sure what you mean by "corrupted." The file downloaded for me just fine. Per the instructions, you should download it intact to a USB flash drive. Ensure that the drive is formatted as FAT32. You will not need to open or extract the file prior to installation.
Thanks, I tried it again with the same results but then I tried it again on my son's Windows 7 computer and it worked like a charm. I thought the site said Mac but it sure won't work on my Mac. But I got it now so thank you very much!
