Thanks for joining our community! I’m sorry to hear that you’re having some power related issues with your TV.
Have you tried an alternative outlet? Is the power cord snugly connected to the back of your TV? Can you please share the model of your TV? I’d be happy to make some further troubleshooting recommendations for you once I have that piece of information. I look forward to your reply.

The model number should be noted on the back of the TV, and usually starts with NS-. You should also be able to find the model number in the TV’s menu settings.

Thank you for sharing the requested information.
If you haven't already done so and you have access to the on screen menus, please try resetting your TV to factory defaults. You can find instructions for this procedure in the TV User Guide beginning on page 71.
Please let us know if this helps resolve the problem.

Thank you for your message.
Since the typical troubleshooting steps have not resulted in success, your TV will likely need repairs. Please call Geek Squad at 800-433-5778 to schedule a technician to visit your home. Please be aware: the one-year warranty period for this TV has elapsed. Unless you purchased Geek Squad Protection for your TV, repairs will be at your expense.
