If you haven't already done so, try power-cycling your TV. Turn off your TV and unplug it for several minutes. This should serve to reset the hardware.
If the problem persists afterward, it is likely your TV will require repairs. If that is the case, your local Geek Squad should be able to assist you with scheduling repairs. You can schedule an appointment by visiting We're Here to Help and selecting "Make a Reservation" under "Getting Help is Easy."
