I can totally relate , i keep connecting to network it  "says" im connected , but by the time i get back to my list of streaming channels it hqs lost signal

Im ready to toss mine... so frustrating it " says" im connected but by the time i get to my streaming channel screen it has lost the signal. I dont understand...everything worked fine for a couple of months now none of its smartness works

yeah i am not gonna lie..... i am very dissapointed i bought this insignia tv..... mine will some days be just fine and connect to wifi.... and then other days it just wont connect and it so frustrating i feel like i wasted my money on this tv and was ripped off big time very dissapointed in it and will not recommend insignia to anyone....

In case it helps anybody.... My roky tv did not connect until I went to my routers configuration and added a list of mac addresses to be allowed (in some it may be called a whitelist).. the default setting of "all allowed" did not work... 

 

What I do not understand is why the need to create the list of allowed mac addresses? It forces you to add to the list all the devices you want to connect... It is more secure but should not be necessary

I’m having the same issue as all above. I have the 55” Roku tv. My error code is 014.50, but I can’t find any where or anyway to fix it. I’ve have the tv maybe 6-9 months. Any helpful suggestions?

Same issue as everyone.  Worked fine for 9 months then starting cutting out of internet connections.  Now it won't find any internet .  Tried everything resetting everything but still won't find any internet connections.

Assuming you are still within your warranty period or have a Best Buy Geek Squad Protection plan, your TV will likely need repairs.

 

If your TV is 42" or less, you can pursue service by carrying your TV in to your local Geek Squad. You can schedule an appointment by visiting We're Here to Help and selecting "Make a Reservation" under "Getting Help is Easy." If your TV is larger than 42" please call Geek Squad at 800-433-5778 to schedule a technician to visit your home.

Thank you for your note and reply.  Unfortunately the TV is 18 months old so I am sure it is not under warranty and really don't think a 24" TV is worth repairing. Very disappointing that the unit would only last less then 2 years before breaking.  while you can view TV it does cut off and come back on and you also can't connect internet so it really is useless , I thought you guys had better quality then this as this seems to be a consistent problem with this TV from all the comments.
