So I bought the TV less then a year ago from Best Buy for one of the rooms upstairs and just this past week it has stopped finding my network or when it does find it...it won't connect to it even though it has 4 or 5 bars so signal isnt the problem....I even tried moving the tv to my main room that has the modem and it still won't find any networks.....Also tried to a factory restart and that also didn't help.
Insignia Model is NS-32DR42ONA16

I ended up just emailing them....they did response and after some testing they basically said it was a problem within the TV. Luckily I hadn't had it a year yet so I took it back to best buy for an exchange. I was going to get another one but I guess they stopped making the one I got so I ended up getting a samsung smart tv instead

Hello there Jon148 and Keisha,
Welcome to Community@ Insignia™!
As a first attempt to resolve this issue, you can go ahead and change the default Wi-Fi network channel throughout your Wi-FI settings. Because of the amount of data the TV needs to pull over your home network in order to bring programming to your TV set, changing the Wi-FI channel can help with this problem and it's fairly easy to do. I recommend contacting the Internet service provider to inquiry how to perform such adjustments.
Please let me know how it goes.

I have the same issue. This TV will not connect to the wireless network. After several calls and wasted time with support, I was told that my internet connection was not strong enought. The old TV, that sat in the same exact place did not have any problems connecting wireless. In fact, every single device in the house can connect except this TV. So I believe this is an issue with the TV and not the connection.
Please let me know step by step directions how to get this TV connected. The entire reason for this purchase is to have the Roku build directly into the TV.
The model I purchased:Insignia™ - 55" Class (54.5" Diag.) - LED - 2160p - Smart - 4K Ultra HD TV - Roku TV - Black

We purchased an Insignia 39" Roku Smart TV about a week ago. Model #NS-39DR510NA17 I have gone through all the steps to get the wi-fi connected, and I still don't have a connection! The wifi router is only about 2 feet from the TV, and we have other items like tablets, cellphones, etc., that are connected, but the TV does not. I've checked the password several times, had it called out to me as I review it, have tried lower and upper case,
Very frustrating! I also need step by step instructions. Please and thank you!
