Unfortunately I was unable to locate any programming information for the Cable One 1059B01. I would recommend contacting Cable One directly, they should be able to either give you programming instructions for an Insignia TV or be able to assist you with using the code search feature which should find a compatible code for your TV.

I would suggest using the code 180 for the Fios P265 remote. If that does not work please use the code search feature of the remote by following these steps:

1. Turn on your TV and Fios cable box, make sure that you can see cable programming before proceeding.
2. Press and hold the "OK" and "Fios TV" buttons for 3 seconds then release, the LED will blink then go solid.
3. Press and hold the "Play" button until the TV turns off, when the TV turns off release the button.
4. Press "OK" to save the code.

As a replacement factory remote is not available for purchase, we must recommend a universal as a replacement. Please be aware, however, that most low-end universal remote controls wil provide only the most basic functionality, i.e., channel access, volume control, and power. To access all functions of your TV, a higher-end universal -- such as a Harmony remote -- may be necessary.  We regret that we were unable to provide a more satisfying response for you.

I just recently purchased the new Xbox Media Remote and I was hoping you could help me locate the code to program this remote. I tried using the scan feature but the code it finds only manages to control the volume on the TV. I would greatly appreciate any help you can offer me.

Please see Zac-INSG's posting on the Xbox Media Remote here. Even though for a different model, Insignia TVs have all employed the same code set for the last several years, so his message will apply for your TV as well.

Please remember: no universal remote control is compatible with every product. Most basic universals will only provide control for basic features of your TV, e.g., power, volume, and channel access. If you have found a code that provides any of these functions, then there is not another code we can provide. Generally, a higher-end universal remote control (or the factory remote) is required for accessing all functions on a TV.
