Insignia TV Saying "Invalid Format"

Hi,

 

I use a Roku and have used it for 3 months on my Insignia tv. I turned my tv on this morning and all it keeps saying is "Invalid Format".  How do I get rid of this so I can watch tv?

Thank you for sharing the needed information. 

 

If you haven't already done so, try power-cycling your TV by turning it off and unplugging it for several minutes. This should serve to reset the TV's hardware. Additionally, I recommend taking similar action with your Roku device.

 

If the problem persists, I recommend contacting Insignia Support at 877-467-4289 for assistance with advanced troubleshooting for your TV and Roku.

Did that and it didn't work. I'll call Insignia Support.
