I'm having the same problem with my NS-L46Q120-10A. I'm also on component , coming from an Insignia Blue Ray player. I've got some longer HDMI cables on order. I'll see of the problem goes away when I switch over from component to HDMI. Otherwise I'll probably return the TV.

Gonza any update on this you said you were forwarding this to your staff this happened to me as well and i just got the ns-l46q120-10a tv last week it happened when i had my XBOX set to 1080p connected to the component input as well. The sleep timer was not on is this a known problem with those inputs? This does not occur with AV1 or 2 and HDMI 1-4 are fine as well just the component connections. Let us know!
thanks

I am having the same problem with my L46Q120-10A 46" inch. While using the component input with my xbox with 1080p the television randomly shuts off.
I have one other problem as well, in that the input auto detection does not work, but that is a subject for a different post, I suppose.
I love the picture, remote, functionality of this TV and don't want to have to return it... is there a solution?
