We recently purchased a model NS-LDVD26Q-10A from Best Buy to replace the 26" Panasonic in our Motorhome.
We have a DHS surround sound system and appear to have no control over the volume. On the previous TV, adjusting the TV's volume control effected the audio output via the jacks. With this TV it remains the same. The volume control works fine on the internal speakers but not the external.
Are the audio output jacks from the TV controlled by the TV ? If so what exactly does that ?
Sorry to hear about your problem, to be honest, on this TV you can not control the volume of the output, only handle inputs, try to use the remote control from your sound round system.
