Model #: NS-L37Q-10A - No video display

I am using this TV with an HD cable box and HDMI cable.  All of a sudden, no video signal, and I have replaced the cable box twice.  I have tried with secondary HDMI slot, new HDMI cable, and RCA cables, still not video.  Any suggestions, video board bad, or video card bad ?  Seems odd for such a new TV mfg in March 09.  Thanks ...

Hello rzmartin,

Welcome to Community@Insignia™!

Since your troubleshooting has been thorough but without result, the TV is likely in need of repairs. Service can be obtained by carrying your TV in to the place of purchase. Remember to bring along your sales receipt for warranty validation: this TV has a two-year factory warranty from the date of purchase.

Re: Model #: NS-L37Q-10A - No video display

I have almost the same problem, except here is my difference, 3 of my hdmi on my tv of the same model never worked as far as I know, and I bought a clearance television from best buy(Meaning it was a floor model in this case) so no warranty. Along with that when I plug my Comcast cable box into the ONLY working hdmi input I have of the 4 I am supposed to have working I get no sound and the cable box remote will not control the television. Any suggestion or advice?

Hello ChrisJ,

Welcome to Community@Insignia™!

Based on what you describe, your TV will require repairs. It is my understanding that, despite your TV being an open-box purchase, that Best Buy will honor the full term of the two year warranty. Service can be obtained by carrying your product in to Geek Squad. Please remember to bring along your original receipt for warranty validation.

Regards,
John
