Motion enhancemen / interpolation control to stop the soap opera effect.

Exactly how do we turn off the motion enhancement / motion interpolation control. We've learned thismay be what creates the the soap opera effect we are getting on the picture. The picture mode options on menu do nothing to correct the problem.

I do not have the model number available at this time.

It's called "Insignia Motion 120hz" in the advanced picture settings.

Thanks! This TV is at another site so I cannot try the fix right now. But, Can you step us through how we get to Advanced Picture Settings. I assume we use the Insignia remote? Can it be done directtly on the TV set?

It would be much easier with the remote.

The "Advanced Video" area is located below the standard picture setting bars(eg. Contrast, Brightness, Sharpness, etc...)
