In this particular case you'll need to ensure that the latest Roku version has been installed. You can do so by easily

navigating to Settings> System> System update, and then selecting Check Now. Please ensure the latest Roku version

has been installed and attempt to connect to the Wi-Fi network once again. Please let me know how it goes.

I've had my Insignia Roku tv for almost 2 months now. The first month it was fine my cable worked and my wifi connection was great. The past two weeks have been a nightmare though. My wifi began syncing and unsyncing about 2 weeks ago but I didn't have a huge problem with it cause I mostly watched cable and it didn't require my wifi. My wifi isn't the problem because my phone, apple tv, and labtops are able to access it fine. But the past 3-4 days my cable hasnt worked at all during the day it only works very late at night. Also my tv freezes up and resets it self at random times.

Hi,

I'm having issues connecting my T-Mobile hotspot to my tv. It worked a week ago when I first got it, and out of no where it stopped working, the connection is really slow, it logs me out right away from Netflix or any other app that requires the Internet. However, my phone shows that the hotspot is connected and laptop has internet access. Please help.

i have an Insignia Roku TV that wont connect to the wifi.

It finds my networks. allows me to enter password. then makes the connection to the wireless network, then my local network and the internet...

it then freezes up, until it checks for new software, when it finally says that update failed and i need to check the network.

My PS3 is connected as well as my phones.

Please help.

We just got an Insignia Roku NS-48DRS510NA17 1080p, and lilke the others, we cannot get i to connect. Password is correct, we have four other devices connected wirelessly, though no more than 2 at a time. Guests have been able to get on internet with their laptops.

 

I've read the posts here, did other online searches and even watched your video. The remote used in the video is not the one that came with the TV. Is that the problem? If we can't ge tthis solved ASAP, we will return the TV and get something else that isn't sold by Best Buy.

our all other devices like tablet, smart mobile phone and laptop connect properly with my home wifi. I bought insignia roku tv model # NS-24ER310CA17 Rev.A serial # 1676A27040821 two month before from bestbuy evertthing functioning and work properly but recently we have trouble in connecting wifi with tv . we used factory reset option but it doesn't work,we still have same problem wifi connecting with tv .
Kindly give us the solution how to resolve it.

I have the same problem. I ve had the TV 6 months and out of the blue it will not connect to the wifi. It picks up my wi fi with a 4 bar signal but when I enter the password it gives me an error saying it cannot connect to the wifi. Error code 014.30 it has been connected to this wifi never had any issues until the other day. 

 

I have every other device connected to the wifi with no issues
