I've been using this TV with my laptop for several months. Suddenly, it doesn't recognize my laptop and I can't change the Input Source. Input button on the remote will show the Input Source menu, but I can't scroll down to VGA (or any other source - TV is highlighted and I can't select any other). Similar behavior from the Input button on the TV face - menu appears, but cannot scroll to any setting other than TV.

Hello Nperron,
I would suggest resetting the TV to default settings by following these steps:
If you try this and are still experiencing the same result or if you are unable to access the menu, which from the way you described your issue might be the case. Then, I would suggest unplugging the TV's power and leaving it unplugged for about 30 minutes. After letting it sit, plug it back in and try it again. If you are still experiencing the same issue after this, then I would suggest taking the TV along with its receipt to the place of purchase to obtain warranty service. The NS-19E450A11 has a 2 year warranty from the date of purchase.

Hi, I am having this same exact problem, although my tv is the 22" rather than the 19. Also, this is the first time I've tried switching inputs, I just decided to watch a DVD but it won't let me change input at all, whether using the remote or the front of the tv buttons. I already tried restoring the default settings which didn't work. I'm not sure if I purchased any warranty plan with this tv (which I bought a little under a year ago). Is there some general warranty covered? Thanks a lot!
