We just bought this tv and the picture looks terrible. It looks to gray and not sharp or colorful. I have tried to play around with the settings and to no avail.

Can anyone suggest any settings? It would be greatly appreciated.

If I dont get this resovled soon, the tv is going back!

More information would be helpful, so please read this post and reply here with answers to the questions.  Of particular help to us would be in what viewing modes (e.g., cable/satellite viewing, DVD/Blu-ray playback, gaming, etc.) the display isn't meeting your expectations, details of your current settings and the steps you've already taken to troubleshoot the problem.  The more details you provide, the better the assistance we can offer.

hey i have the same issues, haven't tried blu ray but satellite looks pretty bad. did you figure anything out to fix it/what settings are you using? Please contact me at {edited per Forum Guidelines} or reply to this post.

I haven't came up with anything yet due to being out of town. I am going to get the specifics today and post if I can.
