All of the sudden my NS-51P680A12 is in Store Demo mode, so occassionally, the specs for the tv pop up in the upper left hand corner of the screen. It goes away after a minute or so and then comes back. I know I need to put it in home mode, but I can't figure out how to do this.

To change this setting you will need to reset the Plug & Play option. This will allow you to re-run the Setup Wizard. To do this, enter the on screen Menu and select Setup, then Plug & Play. Pressing enter will complete the reset. If you have custom picture settings, you may wish to write them down before you begin as a precaution. Let us know your results!

I have the same problem with the demo screen and I tried this but it won't let me choose PlugnPlay. It's not a highlighted option. everytime I go to setup the first available option is Language. HELP!!

If you are having issues selecting the plug and play option, please make sure the TV is on the "TV" input.

That's the part you forgot in the other post! Called the tech and he walked me through it. Problem solved! It's amazing how it can take 4 adults and 10 steps to fix a problem a 1 yr. old made in a matter of seconds. Thanks!
