NS-DXA1-APT Converter box doesn't find any channels when scanned

The other day after I briefly turned off my NS-DXA1-APT converter box (a few minutes or less) there were no channels available for viewing.  I rescanned through the channels several times, checked connections, unplugged sources and zero channels were found.  The blue light on the box is blinking as it scrolls through seaching the channels.

On the menu for the time : Jan 6 12:00AM shows up.  I normally get 19 stations when scanning.  Even in bad weather 7 or 8 of the stronger stations come in.

Any ideas on a solution?

Hello SpencerT,

Unfortunately there is no way to reset the unit to defaults, which would give us a clear slate to work with from a troubleshooting perspective. What I would suggest doing is simply trying the scan a couple more times, if that is unsuccessful, you might try taking the converter box to a friend or family members home and try it on their TV. This will let you establish whether it is a hardware issue or an issue with signal strength in your area. After trying all this, you could take the box to your local Geek Squad for a hardware diagnostic.
