When I click menu, picture audio and settings are all available , but channels is grayed out and I can't access that portion of the menu at all. Anyone know how I can change this? I need to get to the closed captioning settings.
According to the owner's manual, the Closed Caption settings are available under the Settings menu. They can be turned on and off via the CCD button on your remote control.
