I have the Insignia NS-L46X-10A and I'm trying to upgrade the firmware and I'm getting an error. I'm using a USB drive formatted for fat32. I've formatted the drive a couple times, downloaded and copied the file over a couple times but it still won't work.
When I plug it in, the TV asks if I want to upgrade the firmware. When I select yes, it flashes the progress bar like it is fixing to start, then comes back with the error "USB Firmware update failed". I've done this a few times and it keeps giving the same message and doesn't give an error number. Any ideas?
