I apparently am having similar problems to everyone else. I had problems with lag while gaming, and eventually determined the root cause was the television. I went online and followed the instructions to the letter and downloaded firmware c for model # E559AZWK9WBUNNX. Needless to say, now my tv has no volume. Hopefully, Insignia customer service will be able to help me resolve this situation tomorrow. It doesn't sound like things were fixed quick and easy for everyone else. I hope they have figured out how to resolve this situation, I noticed all of the other posts with similar problems were from 5 months ago but also noticed the model has been discontinued.
