was able to go back to firmware B, and got sound back, but original probs came back too, color ghosting of all images after on for 5-10 mins, freezing of video images, a blue haze bar on screen when loading Wii console
This seems like there is a hardware issue that needs repairing. Updating your firmware should not cause the audio to stop functioning properly and is likely indicative of a bigger issue. I would suggest contacting our support line to schedule a service appointment. The NS-L55X-10A has a two year warranty from the date of purchase.
