The HDMI ports on my NS-LCD32 TV do not work and never have. I thought I had a bad cable and just used other ports. But now that I really need HDMI, I bought a new cable (tested good) and have confirmed that neither port works. The components I have tried to connect are my laptop computer and a Sony PS3. I only tried connecting one component at a time.
Try this: power-cycle the TV by turning it off and unplugging it for at least an hour. If the problem persists after this, the TV will likely require repairs. Service can be obtained by carrying your product in to the place of purchase.
