NS-LDVD26Q-10A DVD Blu Ray requires update to play certain discs

So I have this 3yr old TV, how do I update the BLu Ray player so that it plays all DVD's I am gettin an error message on a blu ray that I just put in and it is stating I need an update.  The Insignia web site has no information on how to do a firmware update for this TV/DVD combo.  Please help!

I have recently begun having this problem with rentals from Redbox.  My combo is the NS-LBD32X-10A.
