Can anyone tell me the size of the 4  stand screws on my Insignia NS-P502Q-10A?

I am in need of the stand screws for model #NS-P502Q-10A.  I called customer support and they told me the screws were M4 X 16mm. These are not even close. They are proboaly about half the size I need. The manual just says M4 with no length given. Can someone help me out?

Hi frankey1,

I have performed some additional research for you about the type of screws you need to unite our TV's the stand to the back of the TV and they are M4 type as advised before but the length would be 38 mm.

I have to apologize for the information provided by our Customer Support line, apparently there was a confusion about the screw type you needed because the M4 16mm are to attach the Anti Fall system to the wall.

Please let me know if the M4 Length 38mm worked and please to proceed with caution, if you notice the screws do not fit properly or the TV is highly unstable do not use it and let us know of your issue.
