Hello everyone. I just bought an Insignia 22" TV (NS-L22Q-10A) and have been trying to enter codes for my At&t U-Verse remote with no luck. At&t doesn't have any codes for this manufacturer. So, I tried looking up the link that is printed in the users manual, but it brings me to an error page. And when I try to look up remote control codes with my product name/number, it says that this product does not exsist. Really?!? I just bought it. I tried calling Insignia and no one answered or I got a busy signal. Not even an automated system. Seems wierd. Are these being built in someones garage? Can anyone out there help.... PLEASE? Thanks in advance.

If you are talking about the 977 and 955 code, I already did that with no luck. If there was a different post, please let me know.

Did you hold the remote right in front of the tv?

I did. That didn't work. However, I just came across the little At&t remote booklet in a box that they left behind. The code is 1507 for Insignia. The only thing is that when you want to turn either the box or the tv on/off, you have to switch to that button on the Uverse remote. Not a big deal since, when on the AT&T mode, the volume, channel and everything else works as it's supposed to. I don't know why At&t doesn't have the same codes on their website as they do with their equipment, but there are many more on it for sure. Problem solved I guess and I hope this helps anyone else.

I had the same problem because I seached for the correct code as well.  I then used the automatic search function for the AT&T Uverse remote.  You may not have the instrucitons for the remote but you can find them on the AT&T Uverse web site.  It found a code that worked with the 46' LED Insignia TV and controls most of the functions now.  I had to try a few different codes during the automatic search to finally get one that worked correctly.  If you can find the instrucitons on their web site you might try calling AT&T Uverse and have them email you a set.  I guess I  got lucky that it found one that worked.  Good luck.
