No Digital Channels on my NS15lcd

I just recently got rid of DIRECTV and opted for a roof mounted Antenna.  I have the antenna placed on the roof and am recieving digital television stations just fine on my Westinghouse 37" but when I autoscan on my NS-15lcd I don't get the same channels.  Both TV's are run through the same splitter in the basement but the INSIGNIA does not recieve the digital stations.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Any way you can temporarily swap the TVs to see what happens? A less useful test would be to swap the cables at the splitter.
