Not getting digital channels on my NS-32d312NA15

I moved and am trying to reconnect this TV to the Comcast cable box.  I have cable from the wall connected to the cable in of the box and another cable out to TV.  I go through the setup and it says no channels found.  I use the auto find feature and get no channels. I have selected the Cable/Satellite option.  If I select cable from wall I get about 6 analog channels.  I have also reset to factory default without better results.  Other TV's in the house work fine.  What could I be doing wrong?

 It is not necessary to scan for channels if you have a cable box. Just set the TV's tuner on channel 3 or 4 (whichever is not used for TV in your area) and select channels at the box or by using the cable box remote.
