I just bought a 42" Insignia LCD 1080p 120Hz model number NS-42L550A11. I'm new to HD so I'm trying to figure this out, what is the best option for watching blu-ray movies? I noticed a lot of extra motion with the blu-rays 'Inglourious Basterds', 'Inception', 'Kick Ass', & 'Dr. Strangelove or: How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb', like it's moving too fast. With game mode on, this disappears... but then in advanced video and setting it to 24p Film Mode it fixes it just the same. The manual states game mode is a quick way to get turn off Insignia Motion 120Hz.
So is 'Insignia Motion 120Hz - Off' and '24p Film Mode' the same thing? I'd like to know the difference, paying for a 120Hz tv I want to make sure I'm getting the most out of it.

Hello Imnopotts,
I would suggest using 24p Film Mode while watching Blu-Rays. This should give you the best quality viewing experience.
