I have an Insignia NS-LCD37 and I am trying to get the codes for a Sony AV system remote control RM-AAP016.  I have tried all the codes I have for the remote an no dice.

Recently purchased an Insignia 50" Plasma HDTV (NS-P502Q-10A). I want to use the Sony remote control that came with my reciever (RM-AAP008) but I cannot find the right code for my tv. please help

Hello. I would advise everyone to make sure your mode is correct. As I said before, I listened to the Direct TV person

who installed my receivers,  he said that he had set my TVs on AV1, now my Insignia TV/DVD combo has different

modes. TV, AV1, AV2 ect. I was trying all the codes in the AV1 mode, it didn't work. The next morning I decided to go

through them again, then I noticed the TV mode, and decided to give it a try, it worked with the first code! So, if I

were having problems with it, I would try the different modes on your TV.  On your remote, push the menu button,

then scroll down to "remote",  then it will ask for what mode you want. Choose TV.  The code for Direct TV works.

Insignia Support:

I have a RCA universal remote, model RCR660, and need codes for my Insignia TV and DVD player. The Insignia TV model is IS-TV040922 and the DVD player model is NS-DVD1.

I've tried the RCA code search, but that did not work. If this remote will not work with Insignia products can you recommend a universal remote control maker whose products work.

I bought an Insingnia NS-L32Q-10A, had Dish Network 622 box with an EchoStar 5.4 ir remote. Can NOT get a code to work on the TV. I tried code 720 which Dish said and it doesn't provide any functionality. PLEASE ASSIST!

I have a Insignia TV-IS040920 with Dish DVR 622 using an EchoStar 6.3 IR/UHF remote.  After upgrading the DVR and exchanging remotes, I am unable to find a suitable code for the TV operation.

Hi,

Just got an Insignia TV/DVD combo, specifically model NS-LDVD32Q-10A and am trying to get the DVD player to co-ordinate with the remote that came with the Telus TV HD PVR (Cisco AT6400 appears to be the remote model number). Is there a distinct code for the DVD player or the combo as a whole that works with the Telus TV Remote? There are no codes listed for Insignia TV/DVD combo's in the remote manual and none of the DVD codes seem to work (even tried the suggestion of orion, emerson, etc codes and none of those worked either).

I have the following model:

42 " plasma  model:  IS-EDPLTV42

The remote control no longer works.

I purchased a new Universal remote:  RCA model CRCR4258

I have tried using the codes in their booklet, and on the RCA website.  I also tried Brand Code Search, Direct Code entry , Manual Code Search and Entry and Auto Code search, but nothing has worked.

Help!!  

As a backup, it there any way I change change the "input" manually with the buttons on the front of the TV?  I am stuck with the "xbox" and cannot watch my sateille programming.

I have a new NS-LDVD26Q-10A which is the 26" 720p LCD TV/DVD Combo. My cable company is AT&T U-verse. The AT&T remote is AT&T branded can't tell who made it. 

I was able to program the AT&T remote to work with the Insignia using code 1023. This code works for the TV but not the DVD.

Hello,

I recently bought a NS-HD3113 hd radio / dvd-player from Best Buy.  It was a floor model, and didn't come with a remote or a manual.  I found the manual online, but it seems not having the remote severly limits functionality of the device.  I have a universal remote (Philips), but I can't figure out the code, partially because I don't know whether to set the universal remote to audio, dvd, or cd.  Thanks for any help you can give.
