In this case, I do not have any other code listed for that remote.  My advise is to try the suggested ones contained in your remote user manual for the following brands: Orion, Emerson, Memorex, Sansui, Sylvania, Zenith.

Gonzalo, my remote doesn't come with any such guide. It suggests using codes provided by the manufacturer. Where those codes aren't available, it suggests trying their "power scan" method. Can you provide codes for those other manufacturers? I can get by using the home theater's own remote, but the tiny, insubstantial little remote you provide for the TV isn't practical. I'm considering returning the TV and purchasing another brand. If I'm going to pay another $50 or $100 dollars, I'd rather it be for a more mainstream TV brand than for a fancy universal remote.

I am trying to program my TV remote (TV model # NS-L46Q120-10A) to control my Insignia Blu-Ray home theatre (Model # NS-BRHTIB).  I cannot find the code for it anywhere.  Anybody have any ideas?

ok my tv model number is NS-L22X-10A

and i think the motorola media center number is 500611-001-00 pr ots 160-0030-100 (it has alot of numbers and codes on the back of it i can get a picture of it if need be

Even when both products are Insignia, the products were not manufactured at the same time, TV's were manufactured before the Blu ray player so Blu ray's frequency was not included on the RC. For my technical experience, I don't recommend  to try using universal remote with the Blu ray player. Our Blu rays have lots of functions, like playing discs and using Netflix.

NONE OF THESE WORK.

I tried finding the code using the "search for code" function. This did not work. I attempted it numerous times. On one attempt, I searched for 30 minutes and still didn't find the code.

All I want is to be able to turn the TV on/off and control the volume using my universal remote. I don't care about any advanced functions. I just want to be able to turn the TV on/off! This should not be a difficult issue. I am seriously regretting the purchase of an Insignia TV and cannot imagine buying another in the future if this issue cannot be resolved quickly and easily.

Is there a code for this? I can't seem to find one. Box is model # DC50X. Not sure but may be made by Dolby Lab. Thats the only name I find on it other than Comcast.  Remote is for a NS-L32X-10A Thanks for any help fro a newbie. Dave

I would like to know if there is a code for the remote that shipped with my TV to control my Roku

There were two codes listed for other Roku devices in the manual. I have tried both the Roku audio accessory and the video accessory codes listed already.
