Opened up my new 39" Insignia Roku TV yeterday, first step when I turn it on is to connect to wifi, then it peforms a software update.
It says it will restart after the update ... but it doesn't. And it won't turn on when I press the power button. I tried unplugging it and it just brings me back to step one where I have to connect to wifi.
I tried updating the software through the USB drive and had the same issue.
Any ideas what I can do to fix this?

Given what you describe and the steps you've taken not having resulted in success, I would recommend that you return the TV to the retailer for an exchange. I apologize for the inconvenience.
