Firstly, I recommend power cycling your TV to reset the hardware. Turn your TV off and unplug it for several minutes.
Secondly, reset your remote control. Do this: remove the batteries from your remote control. Press all of its buttons. Put in fresh batteries. This will resolve most remote control related issues.
If the problem persists, I recommend contacting Insignia Support at 877-467-4289 for assistance with more advanced troubleshooting for your TV.
