Run channel auto scan

Not only is tge tv flashing this message, but I'm unable to get the Input or Set up buttons to work on the remote. Can you help?

Firstly, I recommend power cycling your TV to reset the hardware. Turn your TV off and unplug it for several minutes.

 

Secondly, reset your remote control. Do this: remove the batteries from your remote control. Press all of its buttons. Put in fresh batteries. This will resolve most remote control related issues.

 

If the problem persists, I recommend contacting Insignia Support at 877-467-4289 for assistance with more advanced troubleshooting for your TV.
