While the light is blue, if you shine a bright light on the screen, do you see a very faint picture that is not being lit from behind?

I've got a model NS-65D550NA15 that won't turn on. I get a blinking light on the LED instead of a steady red light and occaisionally you can hear a clicking sound like a relay pulling in and out.

My TV won't turn on. When I press power the red light appears. the second time I press the button the light flashes and disappears. I've tried unplugging it and also holding the power button while unplugged. Nothing seems to work

That sounds like more of a display issue than a power issue, since the TV won't display a red light when turned on, only when it is powered off.

If the light flashes and then turns off, then the TV has powered up internally. Whether or not you see any external response is usually something in the display.

The blinking light is an indication of a power issue within the TV.  The NS-65D550NA15 is a fairly new model, so if you are still within the one year manufacturer warranty, I would recommend calling our contact center at 877-467-4289 to schedule an in-home repair under the warranty.

Same issue here. Neighbors house got struck by lightning an my tv sopped working, along with other issues formyself and surrounding neighbors. My voltage detector shows 120v through power cord while plugged in, i have the back off and i'm not drawing any volts from the plug on my power board. The fuse tested with power good. Tried unplugging, holing down the power button for a minute or so, no results. Should i replace my power board? Do you know the easiest way to purchase this item as well? E55BGZNK5XBYNNX. Thank you

I got home and I started watching TV and then the TV turned off and the red light started to blink I unplugged it and did everything it's still blinking what do I do ?

The red light is on when the TV is off but getting power. It will blink while trying to turn on. Then the light should be off when the TV is turned on. 

 

If it is constantly blinking, unplug the TV from the power for at least a minute. Then plug it back in. Does it go back to blinking? Are you able to try the TV in a different outlet?

 

Can you provide the model number for the TV, it will start with NS-. Also do you know when and where you purchased it? Do you have the receipt still?

The model # is NS-43D420NA16. I bought it at best buy like a week or so. No I do not have the receipt still
