Yeah i know what you mean but why buy a 1080p tv if you can only watch it at 720p when connected to component .
Hopfully this is just a firmware fix. And i am glad i bought the 4yr warrenty.

my review for this model is not posted by Best Buy - it is very decent, I just describe the shut off issue
Who should I made a formal complain against Best Buy business practice for filtering only the good reviews?

Green,
That is what we should all do. Contact the BBB like i stated in the other thread. Because that is just unfair.

Geek squad could not help, took the tv back ended up with 40in Samsung. Not much help the the customer service in the store. But, I sent a email to best buys customer service and I was nicely comped.

I don't know what I did, but I didn't have any shut off problems with my TV in the last 2 weeks. I couldn't find a better 46'' 120MHz TV for the price, image is really nice so decided to keep it. 2 year warranty is also something no other TV has unless you pay extra for store warranty.

As I already mentioned in another thread, I also have experienced the random turn offs when using component video via my Xbox 360 with the L46Q120-10A on 2 different brand new TVs. Geek Squad came out and replaced my old (new) one... and this new one I just got does the same thing.
Still awaiting a response from BB/Insignia on this. Simply unacceptable.
