I have the NS-46E790A12 and the bolts are too short to use with my mount what size bolt do you use and whats the thread count?

Screw size will vary depending on the mount you are using. The screws you need should have been included in the mount kit. If you'll please reply with the brand and model number of your TV mount, we'll look into your question. Our mount is second hand and didn't come with bolts. We are thinking the easiest fix is to buy bolts like the ones in the back of the TV just longer.

Your TV will require either M6 or M8 screws, the length will depend on the mount being used. Metric screws can typically be purchased at hardware or auto part stores.
