First, if you haven't already, please try power-cycling your TV by turning it off and unplugging it for several minutes. This should serve to reset the TV hardware.
If the problem persists, I recommend performing a factory reset. You can find instructions for this in the User Guide. PLEASE NOTE: custom settings will be removed in this process, so you may wish to write down any custom video settings beforehand.
